During your first call, Andrew will ask you a few questions about you and your business ideas and from that information make some suggestions about what you should be doing. This is a confidential process with two specialists chatting with you to get a good understanding of your business idea.
If we understand that you are serious about building a franchise, Andrew will also suggest you meet with us by phone or face to face and if you can see or feel that a meeting is a sound idea and we can both get value from it, Andrew will co-ordinate a time for a specialists briefing session. We will then spend some time afterwards reviewing your proposal for initial feaseability.
If we think your ideas have some merit we will suggest we all invest a further 3 hours in a
“Cup Of Coffee Meeting”, a no holds barred brainstorming session with your team present and our team poking, prodding, pulling apart and putting back together your franchise idea.
To attend our “Cup of Coffee Meeting” you invest your team’s three hours and a deposit of $2,000 for our time. This is about half our normal consulting fees for the amount of time we invest in the process. In other words we’re prepared to risk half, if you are. Your upside is that you get a great brainstorming session from which we guarntee you’ll get great ideas and at which you can take all the notes you want to Our upside is that we get to know you better and understand which of our consulting programs might work well for you.
You investment in 5 hours of our time could be the best thing you’ve ever done…
If you go ahead with one of our consulting assistance programs we will apply your investment to that Program’s fees. If you choose not to go ahead with one of our Programs you will have made a valuable investment in your business in any event.
If you go ahead, the information we gather at your Cup of Coffee Meeting will be used to establish a framework and plan of action to get your franchise underway.
