Jon Yaakov Gorr, a retired lawyer, plays an active role as Partner in charge of Business Development in the family textile business (Beautiful Silks, the biggest specialty silk and craft importing business in the southern hemisphere). He gained his Ph.D. in Third World Microfinance in 2008. Although no longer practising as a lawyer, Yaakov fills his limited spare time writing legal kits and textbooks for two of Australia's few remaining legal publishers, R P Emery and Smokeball.
Rather than selling expensive services as our primary activity, we've designed a simple range of documents to guide you through the process of starting your own franchise. These are provided at a fraction of the cost of a law firm or franchise developer.

Typical service costs including the kits and our help to complete your manuals and business systems (other than legals) are under $25,000. For legal advice, we've negotiated a bulk discount rate for on-line and phone services and passed the savings onto you.
